BUNCHED AND STRANDED WIRES
Omega can offer bunched or stranded wire in a wide variety of alloys.In-house manufacture of materials to resistance and lay length inclusive of heat treatment and winding of set length spools.

STRAND CONSTRUCTION

Example: 7/7/0.3mm

7 strands with 7 wires in each strand, wire size 0.3mm.

Cross sectional area of wire 0.3mm=0.07069 x 7 x 7= 3.46 CSA sq. mm.

CUTTING and STRAIGHTENING

Omega can supply your wire or strip in cut lengths. We will also undertake to process customers free issue material.

HEAT TREATMENT / RE-DRAWING

Omega will be pleased to quote for re-drawing customer's free issue material, plus annealing of same to specification.
